DZ 7 - Siebtechnik Two-Phase-Decanters

Two-phase decanters – also called clarifying decanters – are employed for continuously separating solids from liquids with high solid contents. The bowl's high speed of rotation in these decanters causes the solids to deposit on the bowl walls from where the built-in screw conveyor continuously transports them to the outlet from where they are discharged. The clarified liquid that is then almost completely free of solids leaves the separation chamber through openings at the other end of the bowl.
