On our website you can subscribe to a free newsletter with which we inform you about current offers and interesting topics. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent. The data you enter in the input mask when registering for the newsletter will be transmitted to us. In order to register to receive the newsletter, you must enter the mandatory data requested by us:

  • Email address

If you provide other personal data when registering, this information is voluntary.

For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called Double-Opt-In procedure. After your registration, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided, asking you to confirm that you would like us to send you the newsletter in the future. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, the data you have provided will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending the newsletter. The newsletter e-mails sent by us contain a so-called web beacon or tracking pixel. This is a single-pixel image file stored on our website. These data are collected exclusively pseudonymised. This processing of the data serves the purpose of tailoring the newsletter to your individual interests. You can object to this evaluation of your user behaviour at any time by clicking on the separate link contained in each newsletter e-mail. In addition, you can prevent the above evaluation of your user behavior if you have deactivated the display of images in your e-mail program by default. Please note that in this case the newsletter will not be displayed completely and you may not be able to use all functions of the newsletter. If you manually activate the display of the images, the evaluation of your user behavior just described takes place again.

Google Analytics

We use on our website "Google Analytics", a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as: "Google"). Google uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If anonymisation of the IP address to be transmitted by the cookie is activated on the website ("IP anonymisation"), your IP address will be previously reduced by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website usage and providing us with other services relating to website and internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data. The IP address transmitted when using Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

We use Google Analytics only with the activated IP anonymization described above. This means that Google will only process your IP address in abbreviated form. A personal relationship can thus be excluded.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and to continuously improve individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. By statistically evaluating user behaviour we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by Google.

You can prevent cookies generated by Google Analytics from being saved by making the appropriate settings in your web browser. In this respect, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website. If you wish to prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and relating to your user behaviour (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google, you can download and install the web browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

In order to oblige Google to process the transmitted data only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with the applicable data protection regulations, we have concluded an order processing contract with Google. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the Privacy Shield Agreement concluded between the European Union and the USA and certified itself. By doing so, Google undertakes to comply with the standards and regulations of European data protection law. Google Web Fonts

We use on our website "Google Web Fonts", a service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as: "Google"). Google Web Fonts allows us to use external fonts, so-called Google Fonts. When you access our website, the required Google font is loaded from your web browser into the browser cache. This is necessary so that your browser can show an optically improved representation of our texts. If your browser does not support this feature, your computer will use a default font for display. These web fonts are integrated by a server call, usually on a Google server in the USA. This transfers to the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. Google also stores the IP address of your terminal's browser. We have no influence on the extent and further use of data collected and processed by Google through the use of Google Web Fonts.

We use Google Web Fonts for optimization purposes, in particular to improve the use of our website for you and to make its design more user-friendly. This is also our legitimate interest.
