Beer recovery
Sedicanters® combine the benefits of separators (high centrifugal acceleration) and decanters (continuous operation and high contents of dry substances in the discharged yeast). Sedicanters® may be used to recover beer from excess yeast and sediments and so increase the operational efficiencies of brewing processes.
Wort recovery
Sedicanters® constitute a useful addition to the clarification of hot wort using whirlpools. Trub concentrations may be fully automatically and continuously removed from the floor area and concentrated to prevent the loss of wort.
