Factory rebuilding

1. Complete dismantling of centrifuges
   Factory rebuilding commences with the complete dismantling of the centrifuges into their individual components.
2. Sandblasting and repainting
   The dismantled centrifuges' frames and motors are sandblasted and then repainted.
3. Bearing seat measurements
   We measure all bearing seats and carry out proper repairs when any damage is discovered.
4. Seals and bearing replacements
   All centrifuge seals and bearings are replaced only with genuine spare parts.
5. Wear inspections
   We check the most important machine components for wear and replace defective or worn machine components with genuine spare parts.
6. Lubricant replacements
   The old lubricants are drained off completely and replaced with new oils and fats.
7. Non-destructive material testing
   We test the condition of all bowl parts – employing non-destructive methods – without damaging the machine
8. Bowl rebuilding
   We provide complete bowl rebuilding.
9. Motor checks
   Extensive checks and full service-rebuilding are carried out on our centrifuges' motors.
10. PLC System
    We will on request also supply new PLC systems with our centrifuges. These controls are safe and easy to use.
11. Test runs
    Extensive test runs, including vibration measurements and function checks, are carried out on our rebuilt centrifuges before they're shipped.
12. Commissioning
    On request, our experts will also integrate the rebuilt centrifuges into your production flows.
