Service rebuilding

1. Seals and bearing replacements
   All centrifuge seals and bearings are replaced only with genuine spare parts.
2. Wear inspections.
   We check the most important machine components for wear and replace defective or worn machine components with genuine spare parts.
3. Lubricant replacements
   The old lubricants are drained off completely and replaced with new oils and fats.
4. Motor inspections
   Extensive checks are carried out on our centrifuges' motors.
5. PLC System
   We will on request also supply new PLC systems with our centrifuges. These controls are safe and easy to use.
6. Test runs
   We carry out extensive test runs, which include vibration measurements and function checks, before shipping.
7. Commissioning
   On request, our experts will also integrate the rebuilt centrifuges into your production flows.
