Our specialists check the most important components for signs of wear during service rebuilding. Bearings and seals are replaced.

In addition to the steps carried out during service rebuilding, factory rebuilding also includes the complete dismantling of the machines for even more precise inspections and measurements.
Our rebuilt centrifuges are submitted to extensive function tests at our test stand before they are shipped. Only when the machines pass these tests, do we provide the machines with a warranty and dispatch them. On request, our experts will also integrate overhauled centrifuges into your manufacturing and processing flows.

We will on request also supply new PLC systems with our centrifuges. These controls are safe and easy to use. Standard Siemens components guarantee the worldwide availability of spare parts.
