A general overhaul consists of twelve steps

  1. Complete disassembley of the centrifuge
    In first place of the general overhaul the centrifuge is broken down into its individual components.
  2. Sandblasting and paintwork
    Frame and engine are sandblasted and applied a paintwork.
  3. Measuring of the tip of the bearing
    As needed the damaged tip of the bearing is being repaired appropriately.
  4. Exchange of bearings and seals
    Seals and bearings are beeing replaced by original parts.
  5. Wear inspections
    All machine parts are checked for wear. Damaged or worn parts are being replaced with original parts.
  6. Exchange of lubricant
    Old lubricants are released and exchanged with new fats or oil.
  7. Non-destructive material testing
    The state of all used drumparts is being tested non-destrucitvely without damaging the machine.
  8. Drum overhaul
    We offer a complete overhaul of the drum- if needed with the manufacturer.
  9. Engine test/overhaul
    The engine of the centrifuges are beeeing checked up comprehensively and undergone a complete overhaul.
  10. PLC System
    We will on request also supply new PLC systems with our centrifuges. These controls are safe and easy to use.
  11. Test run
    Before delivery a comprehensive test-run, including a vibration test and a function test is being carried out.
  12. Start-up
    On request, our experts will also integrate the rebuilt centrifuges into your production flows.
