Application:
1. Cheese milk: The separator is able to remove anaerobic sporeformers that can destroy texture and flavour of the cheese due to uncontrolled gas formation.
2. Pasteurised milk: The bactofugation process reduces a number of heat resistant microorganisms. The main aspect is to improve shelf life and to minimize the heat load on the milk.
3. Milk Powder: Reducing the spores and total bacteria content comes to a higher quality and shelf life.
