The Alfa Laval H530 is a self-discharging disc separator specifically designed for the concentration of liquids. It is ideally suited for the separation of heavy and light phases as well as the removal of solids.

The separator is powered by a direct drive, which offers efficient and reliable performance.

Inlet and Outlet

The drum inlet is designed to be hermetically sealed, allowing for controlled feeding of the liquid to be separated. Both the outlets for the light and heavy phases are also hermetically sealed to ensure precise discharge of the separated phases.

Drum Design

During concentration, the light liquid phase is separated from a heavy liquid phase. Additionally, solids can be discharged.

Discharge

The separator features a time-controlled discharge that automatically determines the optimal timing for solid discharge. The degree of discharge is variable, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the process.
