This machine has a self-cleaning bowl with a hydraulically operating piston for opening and closing the sediment ejection of the bowl.
Milk or whey flows into the bowl and is separated in discs. Skim milk and cream are discharged without foam under pressure by centripetal pumps though the outlets. Sediment is collected in sediment holding space and is periodically ejected through ports by a timing unit.
